Do you want to lose a stone or improve fitness in 3 months? If yes why not REGISTER for our StepStone challenge.

The main purpose of this module is to support individual fitness, weight or lifestyle goals but the challenge also allows users to explore the full range of Health Manager support programmes using staged user friendly guides and 26 weekly factsheets thus improving health awareness and providing practical lifestyle tips from experts in their field.

With your challenge pedometer (optional extra), nutrition plan and weekly meeting or self tracker you will be encouraged to take 10,000 steps (or 25 minutes of moderate exercise) and consume 500 fewer calories per day in order to achieve your target in 3 months.

This challenge is open to individuals or groups.
In addition you will access all the programmes available to you on Health Manager
